Transition [A]: “Think Big, Dream Bigger”

E.G.I.I.P. is implemented in four transitional phases

The Justiceville, National Homeless Plan (NHP) [www.Domevillage.us], being a strategy that will eradicate chronic, culturized sidewalk, beach front, public park, RV (recreational vehicle), abandoned building, etc., homelessness, i.e., the Exodus Genesis Incentive Initiative Plan (E.I.I.P.), is not budgetary, specifically time lined, nor intricately detailed in all of its even presently unforeseen aspects.

Rather, it’s one that simply aligns with the January 20, 2017 call and challenge by the newly inaugurated, Forty-Fifth (45th), President of the United States (POTUS), the Hon. Donald John Trump to “We the People” US citizens whom are charged in the Constitutional Preamble, “to more perfect the Union”, saying in his speech that he wants us to submit to him, for Presidential execution, “Big Ideas and Bigger Dreams”.

For the presentation of the Justiceville NHP – E.I.I.P., this expectation from the POTUS is ideal, in that it is exactly what is called for, a vision, Big Idea with Bigger Dreams, which stands to reason as being conceived by Ted Hayes, who extremely lack the necessary qualities, skills, education, administrative talents, nor the business, economic, social engineering, construction, architectural, etc., acumen to develop such a comprehensive plan, alone.

In fact, no single human being is capable of such a grandiose plan, not even the POTUS himself, nor any single entity or multiple amalgamated, private group, but rather an immense, nationally resourced body politic of public and private individuals and entities.

The Justiceville strategic ideal is based on “Moon Shot” strategy of the late POTUS, the Hon. John Fitzgerald Kennedy, which he dubbed according to his Presidential Administrative theme, entitled, “The New Frontier”, hence, “The New Frontier II: Operation Humanity”. See www.NF2now.us

While neither the young, visionary, and courageous President Kennedy, nor anyone else at the time of his 1961 and 1062 call and challenge to We the People, did not know how to get to the Moon.

However, Mr. Kennedy knew that latent within Americans and their federal government, like hidden treasure, was the combined technology, wisdom and resources to accomplish it within a ten (10) year-decade period of time, which was done.

Of course, the journey from design, space vehicle construction, funding, to the safe journey to the Moon and back to earth, uncovered or unleashed an enormous, unprecedented in world history, amount of technologies upon US citizens, and subsequently, those of the world for their earthly benefit.

So it is with the JFK inspired, New Frontier II: Operation Humanity venture, that as We the People, energized the POTUS embraces our historical, unprecedented challenge of humanely eradicating said homelessness, even within a designated period of time, our collective minds and resources will construct the detailed plans and strategies to “make it so.”

If We the People can devise technologies to journey and colonize the planet Mars, then of necessity, we can and must first do so here on earth.
