Greetings Rabbis, Shalom!
As you know, the city and county of Los Angeles is in dire need of a rapid and humane resolution to its ever growing sidewalk, encampment homelessness EMERGENCY Crisis…such being declared by each respective jurisdiction in conjunction with that of the California State Assembly.
Since the mid and late 1980’s…to date, over three decades, as “a voice in the wilderness” I have been and remain consistent as to what the matter of homelessness is, and how to rectify it, thus far to no avail, being drowned by the loud voices in the city. I suppose that the timing had not yet come as perhaps it is today.
Over the years, I have come to you time and again concerning this plight seeking your blessings and help…and now once again I return to you. This time though trembling, I come unabashedly in the Name of the LORD – HaShem!
What I read, study and comprehend in Daniel 4:17 of the Hebrew Holy Scriptures, i.e., it states that our Shâmeh Abba deals with the governments of men, i.e.,
More people are being troubled by seeing lonely, unattended persons walking like zombies our streets, languishing on our sidewalks, bus benches, under road over passes, etc.., with ever growing piles of “trash” and other evidences of their existence, is actually manifesting the maladies within ourselves, caused by the madness of our society.

The GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob-Israel has sent me to the elders of Jews whom are the light of the gentile-goyim world to coalesce and stir the moral fiber in this falling, world class city.
HE says through his ancient prophets, that such light, you are to inspire the peoples of this rebellious city to turn away from selfish ambition and fears, prejudices, whether in politics, business, and community – neighbor relations, and be comforted in the truth of loving others as ourselves.
It appears to me that with The Most High has arranged homelessness to touch Los Angeles that it may discover the antidote to society’s maladies causing and maintaining such suffering in urban and refugee centers throughout the earth…which is why HE has blessed us, here in Los Angeles, USA with the resources, intellect and skills to perform it.
