By the authority of, as well as a Subject Beneficiary the US Constitution’s 1866 Civil Rights-14th Amendment Act Super Citizenship of Black Citizens, which is under the direct Jurisdiction of the Executive Branch of the federal government, to be protected and advanced by the President his service of Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, initially established upon the foundation of President Abraham Lincolns’s, GOD ordered, January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation.
This authority of super citizenship is alluded to by the late, Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in “I Have A Dream” (Aug. 28, 1963 Washington, DC), identified as “The Promissory Note” – “This Sacred Obligation” [edited] See “Have A Dream” excerpts]
“…we have come to our nation’s capital to cash a check…a promissory note…This note was a promise….that black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.(property)
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned…But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.”
