Re: Renewed Appeal To You For Blessing To Eradicate The Injustice of Homelessness
Greetings Rabbis, Shalom!
Presently, I’m generating a local, national and global movement that encourages our fellow, Judaic brother, the Hon. Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti to appoint me LA Czar Homeless, i.e., Special Mayoral Envoy (SME), that is, his “Ebed Melek” (servant to the king), that “ropes and rags” be cast down to your and my peoples.
The city and county of Los Angeles is in dire need of a humane resolution to its ever growing sidewalk, encampment homelessness, EMERGENCY Crisis.
After billions of private and public funds spent over the decades to resolve it, homelessness has increased in numbers, as well as complexities, while government officials, social service providers, advocates and activist seem paralyzed, not knowing what to do in short, intermediate and long term permanence.
Los Angeles is the national capital of homelessness and that of homeless, US Military Veterans, because of its highest numbers in the nation; and ominously, this city-county region are receiving “failed” peoples, or indigents from other governmental jurisdictions from around the country.
Out of frustration, people throughout the region are becoming ever more frightened, angry-dangerously mad, confused, and desperately want their government officials to resolve it.
Since the mid and late 1980’s…to date, as “a voice crying in the wilderness” I have been and remain steadfastly consistent as to what the matter of homelessness is, and how to rectify it, but have been drowned out by the loud voices of non-empathy, ignorance and inexperience within the city. I suppose that the timing had not yet come as perhaps it is today.
Over the years, I have come to you time and again concerning this plight, seeking your blessings and help…and now once again I return and re-appeal to you. This time though trembling, I come unabashedly in the Name of the LORD – HaShem!
What I read, study and comprehend in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures, i.e., The Bible (both sets of books) concerning the mysterious ways in which our Shâmeh Abba deals with the governments of men, i.e.,
(edited) “…know that the most High rules in the kingdom of men, and give it to whomsoever he will, and sets up over it the basest of men.” (Daniel 4:17)
Compiled by the moral devastation in the hungry souls of people whom are troubled when seeing lonely, unattended persons, walking and languishing like zombies on our city sidewalks, bus benches, under road over passes, etc.., mirroring the maladies within ourselves, i.e., society that causes as well as perpetuates it, clearly it’s the business, ordered by We the People, to humanely and immediately rectify it.

The GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob-Israel, has sent me to you, the light of the world in this city. Yes, you, whom are the elder witnesses of the judgment and justice, wherein HIS Throne and Heart is established, with Mercy and Truth going before His Face, to coalesce as a body, to stir the moral fiber in this falling, Babylonish city.
HE says through his ancient prophets, that you, the rabbis are to inspire the peoples of this rebellious city to turn away from selfish ambitions, social, ethno-racial, religious and political fears, and to be comforted in the truth of loving others as ourselves. We need a different spirit for salvation, which is of the Jews.
Also, the Scriptures teaches, when the gentiles, i.e., “goyim”, like myself come to you, this House whereupon is HIS Holy Name, seeking the outstretched arm of HaShem, we are to be welcomed and aided accordingly.
“Moreover concerning the stranger, which is not of Your people Israel, but is come from a far country for Your great name’s sake, and Your mighty hand, and Your stretched out arm; if they come and pray in this house; Then hear You from the heavens, even from Your dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calls to You for; that all people of the earth may know Your Name, and fear You as does Your people Israel, and may know that this house which I have built is called by Your Name. (II Chronicles 6:32,33)
Even foreshadowing the day of the Ha Mashiach ruling from HIS Temple on Mount Zion in Yerusaliam, saying in Isaiah 2:2,3,5
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations (goyim) shall flow unto it.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and HE will teach us of HIS ways, and we will walk in HIS paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.
And finally, in Zechariah 8:20-23 saying,
Thus says the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities: And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also. Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
Thus says the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you”
It appears to me, that The Most High has arranged homelessness to touch Los Angeles, blessed of HIM with financial and resourceful riches, high education which super technological advancements, that it may discover and implement the antidote model to society’s ancient maladies that causes and maintains such suffering in urban and refugee centers throughout the earth.
The Ebed Melek Legacy
Remember, Ebed-melech the Ethiopian-Black Hamite/Cushite,
rescued Jeremiah from the dungeon of city and street sewage? I now, also a needy Hamite come to you, seeking that you too let down some “rope and rags” this time and help me to pull my peoples and those of the city out of the mire of homelessness. (Jeremiah 38:6-13)
Perhaps, now, resulting from his legacy of blessings Abraham and his seed by this courageous act on behalf of HaShem, you will at his “day” let down to us, his vicarious descendants into the streets-sidewalks of degradation, filth, rats, and disease to us, his vicarious, descendant peoples, some “rope and rags.”

- These statistics in the national capital of homelessness reflects that which is nationwide, particularly in urban and suburban centers, that being, black citizens, of Hametic descent are circa 12% of general population, yet, over 60% of homeless.
- US black citizens are 8-9% of general LA population, yet over 40% of homeless:
- In Central City East, dubbed, “Skid Row”, the “ground 0 epicenter and black hole vortex” of homelessness, 90% of homeless dwelling in inhumane subsistence on sidewalks, are black men, then black women, and their children, followed an ethno-racial mix of others.
Given this knowledge, after three (3) faithful decades of “crying in the wilderness”, don’t you think that its time for “the voice” of this goy-Hametic/Chushite Jew to be heard in this world class city?

Furthermore, remember it was the you, the Jewish communities who spiritually, morally, legally and financially supported or greatly added to the great and epic attempt to cause experiential Civil Rights, i.e., 14th Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act, “equal protection/justice under the law” of the US Constitution during the 1950’s and 1960’s. Without which what was accomplished would not have been so!
Unfortunately, due to a lack of visionary and courageous leadership, post the April 4, 1968 assassination of the late Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the wonderful and legendary relationship the Jewish immigration, primarily Ashkenazi communities and those of chattel slave, et al descendants, i.e., black citizens, has deteriorated with a longing in each to be reunited, but not knowing how.
Well, rabbis, lo and behold, it appears that the longed for “day” has come. Indeed, we are there again, even at a time when we, more than ever before desperately need each other’s gifts, talents, and offerings granted to and for HaShem benefiting each other, as they/we having so much in common, unlike any other peoples of the United States.
Only this time the situation is far more unjust and deadly, even threatening the very existence of this Union republic, as the omen of black homelessness is warning us all about, should we not immediately correct it.
Therefore, please remember our Eded Meleck legacy, and let’s together with “rope and rags” make way by which HaShem can and will utilize our mutual Jewish – Hametic, USA citizenship work for everyone’s sake, even all nations-goyim of he world.
